Information We Collect Automatically

We also use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. We do our best to respect “do not track” signals within our systems. Some systems, or third party applications may not respect these signals and your information may still be tracked. We are doing our best to update our systems to fully respect “do not track” signals.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only so long as we need it to provide the website to you and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Our subscribers, customers, suppliers, subcontractors and channel partners may be affected from such future cybersecurity threat(s). IDR Marketing cannot in no way guarantee any potential future breach occurring and the use of any stolen information garnered from such a breach, if it should or might occur.
Privacy of Minors
To access or use the Platform you must be 13 years of age or older and, if under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your use of Platform must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian or other responsible adult. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please “Contact.” If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
Data Controller
The information about you that we collect, process and/or use through the Platform is controlled by IDR Marketing, and the services it provides are hosted and provided outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States, for the purposes described in this policy. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your information in these countries may not be the same as in your home country. We take additional measures when information is transferred from the EEA. This includes having standard clauses approved by the European Commission in our contracts with parties that receive information outside the EEA.
